At Believe By Battle, we take pride in making sure every order is handled with care and shipped out in a timely manner.

• Hats & Bonnets: All of our premium hats and luxe satin bonnets are shipped directly from our headquarters. These items typically arrive within 5 business days of your order being processed.

• All Other Items: For additional products outside of hats and bonnets, please allow 7–10 business days for delivery.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

• Delays: While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or peak seasons.
