Order Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 8 hours of purchase for a full refund minus processing fees. After 8 hours, all sales are final.

Non-Refundable Items:
Due to the personal nature of our products and to maintain cleanliness and hygiene, all items are non-refundable once shipped.

Wrong Item Received:
If you receive an incorrect item, you may choose one of the following options once the original product is returned to us:

• Full refund upon receipt of the returned item

• Exchange for the correct product upon receipt of the returned item
